MISSION STATEMENT 1.   Create representation for Outfitters and Guides in the Wildlife Heritage Service, Wildlife Advisory Commission, Migratory Bird Commission and to open dialogue to all state and federal agencies including enforcement. 2.   Monitor, address and submit bills in the legislature dealing with Wildlife issues. 3.   Keep the membership informed and respond to all issues that may affect our hunting heritage. 4.   To defend, protect and enhance our state's wildlife legacy. The Maryland Outfitters and Guides Association (MOGA) is a statewide membership association representing all Outfitters and Guides within the state of Maryland emphasizing business growth within Maryland tourism, to educate the public, elected officials and regulators about wildlife outfitting and guiding, including taking all necessary steps and entering into such legal agreements as may be reasonable and necessary to carry out so as to protect and enhance our state's wildlife legacy.
